Happy New YearThank you to all the people I have photographed this year. I worked out I have had over 300 children in front of my camera this year, and I’m still smiling! We have lots of exciting things planned for 2009 – new locations and settings, an interesting twist on the standard family shoot and of course, many more photographs. I have a few more sessions to catch up on (thank you patient clients!) and then am taking a short break with the 3 little people I love to cuddle (or, ar-du, as Imogen says). My mum is counting down the hours to say goodbye to 2008. This is the year she has courageously dealt with breast and kidney cancer. I am so happy I can see in 2009 with her tonight. Home-made pizzas, a glass of red and the tightest squeezes we can manage! I will end the year with these two pics – the first of my darling mum and Tony taken the other day, and the second, a tender moment between Dave and our boy. May 2009 bring you love, excitement and the biggest squeezes you can manage

Posted on December 17, 2008 | 1 Comment Model in the making…These shots were taken as part of a fun family session with a mum and her two girls. One just 7, and the other this graduating sweetheart. I certainly don’t recall my photos at 17 looking like this
Posted on December 12, 2008 | Leave a Comment More Family LoveI often leave a session thinking, “wow, what a calm mum… fun mum… happy mum… loving mum…” Secretly storing away all their tips – hoping this may help mold me into the uber-mum we all long to be. This shoot was certainly no exception.
